This agreement releases Woodland Woodchuckers and Blue Note Brewing Company from all liability relating to injuries (including, but not limited to broken bones, sprains, scraps/cuts, musculoskeletal injuries, COVID-19 exposure etc.) and or damages that may occur while running and/or walking. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Woodland Woodchuckers and Blue Note Brewing Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I know that running and/or walking in group runs are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run and/or walk in group activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. By signing this agreement, I am stating that I will not attend this group if I have had a fever, new cough, shortness of breath at rest, loss of taste, or loss of smell in the last 24 hours. I am also confirming that I don’t have any other conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
I assume all risks associated with running and/or walking in group runs including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather (including high heat), the conditions of roads and sidewalks, traffic on the course, or being exposed to COVID-19. All such risk being known and appreciated by me.
Having read this waiver, knowing these facts, and by signing below, I hereby waive and release Woodland Woodchuckers and Blue Note from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these group activities even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Woodland Woodchuckers or Blue Note for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey the traffic laws, safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
